How to create account / dashboard: In order to track the ticket you have submitted, it is required to sign-up. Please click here and follow the link to register an account on our new customer support help center. Alternatively, if you have already made an account, click here and sign-in to submit and track your ticket. Help and Guidance:
A tracked ticket will allow you to lodge a ticket VIA our new customer portal area. When you have made an account, you can submit a more detailed ticket including screenshots and you can also track the progress. We can liaise with you and keep you updated through the portal by giving you constant updates.
